Terms of Service

Welcome to The Stretch Loft Academy. By registering for any of our events, courses, or training programs (including webinars, masterclasses, and the 3-Day Certification Academy), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration & Enrollment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • All participants are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
  • Access instructions (venue, Zoom link, or digital materials) will be provided via email after registration.

2. Refund & Credit Policy

  • Refunds are available only within 3 calendar days of registration/payment.
  • After the 3-day window, no refunds will be issued. Instead, participants may request a credit equal to the amount paid.
  • Credits may be applied toward any future Stretch Loft Academy event (webinar, masterclass, or certification program).

3. Payment Plans

  • For select programs (including the 3-Day Academy), payment plans may be offered.
  • Failure to complete payment installments on time may result in suspension of participation or withholding of certificates until the balance is settled.

4. Certification & Participation

  • The only official certifying program offered by The Stretch Loft Academy is the 3-Day Stretch Practitioner Certification Academy (in-person or online).
  • This is not a state license or degree. It simply shows you completed our training.
  • All other programs (including webinars, short courses, and masterclasses) provide a Certificate of Participation or Certificate of Completion, which is not equivalent to certification.
  • At this time, The Stretch Loft Academy does not offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for any training, masterclass, or course.
  • You are responsible for following your state/country’s laws about what services you can and cannot provide.

5. Conduct & Safety

  • You are expected to act professionally and respectfully.
  • Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
  • You are responsible for your own health. Please make sure you are medically able to participate in physical activities.

6. Liability

  • Stretch Loft Academy is not responsible for any injury or illness that may occur during the training.
  • By enrolling, you understand and accept the risks of physical training.
  • You are responsible for your own insurance, travel, and accommodations.

7. Materials & Media

  • All training materials are owned by Stretch Loft Academy. You may use them for your own learning, but you cannot copy, sell, or share them.
  • Recording during class is not allowed unless we give permission.
  • We may take photos or videos during training. By enrolling, you agree we can use these for marketing unless you opt out in writing.

8. Attendance & Access

  • Participants are expected to attend sessions on time and actively engage in all scheduled activities.
  • Online access credentials (Zoom links, course login, etc.) are personal and may not be shared with others.
  • Missed sessions will not be refunded. Access to recordings (if provided) is at the discretion of The Stretch Loft Academy.

9. Changes & Cancellations

  • The Stretch Loft Academy reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the event of cancellation by the Academy, participants will be offered either a full refund or a credit toward another event.

10. Class Transfer Policy

  • More than 6 months before class: No transfer fee.
  • 31 days to 6 months before class: $150 transfer fee.
  • Within 30 days of class: $300 transfer fee.
  • All transfers must be approved by the Academy and are subject to class roster size and availability. Transfer fees must be paid before confirmation.

11. Tuition Payment & Attendance Policy

  • Students must have paid at least 80% of their total tuition before attending certification training.
  • Students must have no missed or past-due payments when class begins.
  • Students who do not meet these requirements may be denied participation until their account is current.

12. Missed Payment Policy

  • Missed payment fee: $25 or 10% of the missed payment, whichever is less (minimum $5).
  • This fee applies to automatic billing payments that fail or are missed and are still unpaid 15 days after the due date. It is charged once per missed payment, subject to applicable law.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for any Stretch Loft Academy program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
