The Real Problem
Sciatica. Low back pain that never leaves. A shoulder that will not lift. Hips locked from ten hours of driving. They book a massage, feel good for a day, and come back with the same complaint next month.
You already know that. You just were not trained for what comes next.
Stretch therapy is soft-tissue and mobility work. It does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
Two Ways Into This Room
You are good. You are also competing with every other therapist in Nairobi on price, and price is a race to the bottom. A certified specialist does not compete in that race.
Every spa in this city sells the same hour. Massage, facial, scrub, repeat. Same menu, same clients, competing on location and price. A stretch therapy programme is a different product, at a different price, for a different client.

Over 500 practitioners across the United States carry a certification with his name on it. He built The Stretch Loft on one belief: stretch therapy is a discipline, not an add-on. Not the five minutes at the end of a massage. A complete practice with its own assessment, its own protocol, and its own results.

Day One teaches the skill. Day Two teaches the business: what to charge, how to sell a six-session programme instead of a single session, and how to pitch offices, gyms and clinics. Then thirty days later you get back on Zoom with us to review what you charged, who booked and what stalled. Nineteen sessions at KES 4,000, or four programme clients, covers your entire seat.
Because every spa in Nairobi is selling the same menu to the same clients at roughly the same price. A stretch therapy programme is a different product entirely: a different client, a higher price, and a reason to rebook. It also opens corporate wellness, which almost nobody local is pitching. Team rates start at three seats, and we will help you build the treatment menu and pricing on your call.
A complete hands-on discipline where you move a client through an assessed, structured protocol to restore range of motion and release restriction. Not the five minutes at the end of a massage. The whole session, with a method behind it and a result at the end.
Sciatica and nerve-related pain, chronic low back pain, frozen shoulder and neck restriction, locked hips and hamstrings, post-injury range of motion, and mobility work for clients over 50. It is soft-tissue and mobility work, and it does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
